Ingredients
1/3 cup Hickory Olive Oil
1/4 cup Sherry Vinegar
.5 pound 2 Hanger Steaks (about 1 lb total)
1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
Preparation
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, seasoning and mustard
Place the steaks in a large ziplock bag or dish, and pour in the marinade. Make sure the steaks are fully covered with the marinade.
Allow to marinade for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
Heat a grill to medium high heat.
Allow excess marinade to drip from steaks before placing on the grill.
Cook for about 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached.
Allow to sit, covered in tinfoil, for 5 minutes before serving.
