Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

2 cloves Garlic

3 tablespoons Honey

1/4 cup Butter

2 sprig Thyme

Preparation

Put balsamic in pan on stove with the garlic crushed.

Heat on medium heat.

Add honey stirring until mixed in.

Heat , stirring until starting to thicken.

Add thyme and stir until thickened about 10 min.

Add 1/4 butter and stir until melted and blended.

Brush olive oil on chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Grill on BBQ searing on both sides, about 5 min per side.

Baste chops with the balsamic glaze, cooking about 10 min per side, basting each side with the glaze.
