Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 small yellow onion, minced

1 pinch saffron

1 T tumeric

1 egg yolk

1 clove garlic, minced

1 t smoked paprika

1/2 t salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients into a large bowl. Form around two flat metal skewers on parchment lined plate. Place in freezer 30-45 minutes prior to cooking. Grill on aluminum foil until done, approximately 20 minutes.
