Ingredients
3/4 pound Gruyere cheese, grated
2 Eggs
1/2 cup White wine
1 tablespoons Butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients in order and pour into an ungreased 9 inch glass pie dish.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until mixture is set and lightly browned. Do not overcook.
Serve hot with squares of French bread.
