Ingredients

1 lb cabbage (or 1 head)

3/4 lb. carrots

1 green chili if desired

1 T mustard seeds

1 dry red chili

salt

sugar

fresh cilantro or parsley

lemon juice

Preparation

Shred cabbage and carrots in food processor. Fry mustard seeds and dry red chili. Add cabbage, carrots, and green chili. Add salt, sugar and cilantro. Cook til tender. Add lemon juice.
