Ingredients

1 pound Dried Peas or Split Peas

1 piece Onion, Large, Diced

1 tablespoon Minced Garlic

6 cups Diced Ham

8 pieces Bacon, Cooked, Diced

2 tablespoons More Than Gourmet Classic Roated Condensed Chicken Stock

1 tablespoon Summer Savory

1 piece Bay Leaf

1 head Cauliflower, cut into large pieces

2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Ground Pepper

6 cups Water, Hot

Preparation

Soak peas for 2 days in water.

Combine condensed chicken broth in 6 cups of hot water.

In large stock pot combine all ingredients.

Cook on low heat for 7 hours.

Stir soup frequently.
