Ham Glaze Recipe

Ingredients

1 pint Dark Beer (Stout-preferably homebrewed)

3 tablespoons Brown Sugar

1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter

1 tablespoon Honey

1/4 cup Juice from Jar of Maraschino Cherries

mix all and bring to boil till reduced by half

remove from heat and let cool

baste ham as normal
