Ingredients

2 cups Semolina

1 cup Chickpea Flour

1 pinch Salt

1 teaspoon Turmeric

1 teaspoon Chili Powder

1/2 Onion (chopped)

taste Coriander

taste Green Chilies

1 cup Cabbage (shredded)

1 cup Mixed Vegetables (frozen)

1/3 cup Lemon Juice

1/2 tablespoon Garlic Paste

1/2 tablespoon Ginger Paste

1 teaspoon Ginger Powder

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 teaspoon Sugar

1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

1 teaspoon Curry Leaves (crushed)

2 cups Yogurt

Preparation

Mix all of the listed ingredients above with 2 cups yogurt.

Add water in the batter based on consistency (bring to the same consistency of cake batter).

Preheat oven to 380 and bake it for 40 minutes.
