Ingredients

1 1/4 lbs french green beans

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp sesame seeds

salt

Preparation

Boil 2" water in a large skillet. Salt water once it boils. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, cool, and dry. Dry skillet and heat oil on medium-high. Add beans to oil and stir fry. Toss beans until lightly charred. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook 1 more minute. Sprinkle with salt.
