Ingredients
32 oz bag of hash browns, thawed
1 can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup melted margarine
Ritz crackers
1/4 cup of melted butter
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients (except crackers and 1/4 cup of melted butter) and put in greased casserole dish. Crumble crackers on top and drizzle with 1/4 cup of melted butter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
