Ingredients
1 stick margarine – melted
2 pounds frozen hash browns – thawed
1/2 cup green onions – chopped
2 cups Cheddar cheese – grated
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
Topping
1/2 stick margarine – melted
crushed corn flakes or onions
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except topping. Spoon into casserole that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with topping. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350*F for 50-60 minutes.
