Ingredients

• 3 egg whites

• 2 cups granulated sweetener

• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

• 3 tbs Conrflour

Preparation

• Beat the egg whites until stiff

• Add progressively the sweetener, and vanilla extract and mix at high speed 2 minutes

• Stif the cornflour and mix manually.

• Put the meringues in a oven tray with baking paper and bake 20 minutes at 120°
