Ingredients
3 egg whites
2 cups granulated sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbs Conrflour
Preparation
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add progressively the sweetener, and vanilla extract and mix at high speed 2 minutes
Stif the cornflour and mix manually.
Put the meringues in a oven tray with baking paper and bake 20 minutes at 120°
