Ingredients

1 cup Oats

1/3 cup Honey

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

2/3 cup Coconut Flakes

1/2 cup Ground Flaxseed

1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well-blended

Chill in refrigerator 1 hour

Roll into 1 inch balls

Return to refrigerator in airtight container

Energy balls will keep for 1 week
