Ingredients

3 cup dry oatmeal

2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1 ½ cup peanut

1 ½ cup flax meal

1 ½ cup honey

3 tsp Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  2. Once chilled, roll balls into 1" diameter balls. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
