Ingredients
1/2 cup Almonds
2 tablespoons sugar
4 cups lettuces
2 stalks celery
3 stalks green onions
11 ounces mandarin oranges
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix almonds with sugar & cook over low heat until sugar melts & almonds are coated.
Tear lettuces, slice celery, slice green onions. Drain mandarian oranges. Mix together.
Make dressing: I usually double the dressing recipe.
