Ingredients
4 tbsp. butter
3 cups milk
16 oz Cracker Barrel Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp. flour and water paste
1 lbs elbow macaroni
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
Melt butter in pan. Grate cheese. Add milk and cheese and heat over medium heat stirring frequently. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Boil water and add macaroni. Cook al dente (8 min). Temper paste and add to cheese sauce. Drain pasta. Combine pasta and sauce in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 30-45 minutes until sides bubble and the top is golden brown
