Ingredients
1 2/3 cups good Irish whiskey
1 cup heavy cream
1 (14-ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons Hershey’s chocolate syrup
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp cold coffee
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and use an immersion blender or in the jar of a regular blender and mix on high speed for 20 seconds.
Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. I use mason jars when gifting but for our home I will use an air tight ‘fancy’ bottle.
Store it in the fridge for up to two months, and just be sure to shake well before using.
