Ingredients

1 lbs of ground pork

4 cloves garlic (minced)

1 tablespoon of sage

2 teaspoons of marjoram

2 teaspoons of thyme

3 tbsps maple syrup

1.5 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Fry about 6 minutes on each side.
  3. Move to Paper Towel covered plate.
