Ingredients

3 cups dry garbanzo beans

Water

1 1/2 cup tahini

3/4 cup olive oil

2 T minced garlic

1 T cumin

1/2 cup lemon, or more

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Soak beans overnight. Change water and cook in crock pot 8-12 hours. Drain well. Mix in all other ingredients and puree with hand blender. Oh, wow. On a spoon, on pita bread, on crackers, on vegies. Oh, wow.
