Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
2 cans Tomato Sauce
1 can Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 can Tomato Paste
2 tablespoon Italian Spices
2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pepper
1/2 Onion
1/4 cup Honey
2 Spaghetti Squash
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Dice onion and saute on med/high with ground beef until cooked.
Add cans of tomato sauce, paste, and diced tomatoes.
Add all spices to taste, simmer on low.
Cut spaghetti squash in half, clean out seeds and bake in oven per directions.
Serve sauce inside squash.
Sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese on top.
