Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
6 tablespoons minced garlic
6 tablespoons oil
3 cups chopped fresh tomato
24 ounces tomato sauce
18 ounces tomato paste
3 teaspoons salt
6 teaspoons oregano
6 teaspoons basil
3/8 teaspoon pepper
9 TBS parmesan cheese
5-6 TBS honey
3 tsp anchovy paste
2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp majoram
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried red pepper flakes
Preparation
Directions: In lg skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
