Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup prepared mustard (Grey Poupon)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon curry powder

2 chickens, cut-up

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken in small saucepan. Mix well.

Place sauce and chicken in Ziplock bag(s) and marinate 2-6 hours.

Arrange chicken in shallow, PAM’d baking dish(es). Pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes.

Can be grilled on low-medium indirect heat for 45-55 minutes.
