Ingredients

1.25 lb chicken breast tenderloins

3 tbsp adobo sauce (from a can)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp honey agave or maple syrup

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tbsp honey mustard

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

2 garlic cloves minced

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

combine ingredients in a ziplock bag and let chicken marinate in fridge for several hours. heat a large non stick skillet over medium heat and pour chicken and marinade into pan and cook until browned on both sides.
