Ingredients

2 cans minced clams - drain & save the juice

2 tsp. lemon juice

1 small minced onion *

1 stick butter (don’t double) *

3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp. tabasco

dash of oregano

dash of garlic powder

8 oz. shredded mozzella (don’t double)

Preparation

Mix everything, except Mozzarellla, and moisten with the clam juice saved. In a small casserole dish, layer dip-cheese-dip-cheese winding up with cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika.

  • Fry oinon & butter together, then add to clams

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes//
