Ingredients

2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese

1/2 pound chopped, cooked shrimp (I use fresh peeled & deveined and I poach in wine)

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic

1 tomato, seeded & chopped

Hot chili peppers (jarred) to taste, seeded & chopped (approx. 1/4 -1/3 cup)

Preparation

Gently heat ingredients in top of double boiler. When hot, pour into chafing dish. Serve with Tostitos Scoops.
