Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat

2 T. shortening

2 cups onions, chopped/chucked

1 cup green pepper, chopped/chunked

1 T. paprika

1 t. caraway seeds

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 1/2 t. seasoned salt (Lawry’s)

1/8 t. pepper

1 lb. stewed tomatoes

2 cups potatoes, diced

3 cups water

3 beef bouillon cubes

4 T. flour in mixed/dissolved in cool water (or more)

Tube of Pilsbury biscuits - buttermilk or other.

Preparation

Brown beef in shortening, add rest. Bake @ 300 for 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. Place biscuits on top, put back in oven @ 400, 10-15 min.
