Ingredients

Chicken pieces 300 gm

Dice cut mushroom 1 cup

Copped green olive 1/3 cup

Tomato chopped 1 cup

Dice cut onion 1 cup

finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp

roughly grind black pepper 1 tbsp

Chicken stock 1 cup

Red wine ½ cup

few thymes and oregano for flavor

Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Preparation

PROCESS

• Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for 4 hours • Heat oil, add garlic sauté it, add onion, mushroom and olives • Add chicken and tomato and salt • Cover the pan, cook for ¾ minutes • Add chicken stock and red wine • Cover the pan again • Cook for 10 minutes • Add thymes and oregano, stir well • Serve hot with bread
