Ingredients
Chicken pieces 300 gm
Dice cut mushroom 1 cup
Copped green olive 1/3 cup
Tomato chopped 1 cup
Dice cut onion 1 cup
finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp
roughly grind black pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Red wine ½ cup
few thymes and oregano for flavor
Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Marinate chicken with salt and pepper for 4 hours Heat oil, add garlic sauté it, add onion, mushroom and olives Add chicken and tomato and salt Cover the pan, cook for ¾ minutes Add chicken stock and red wine Cover the pan again Cook for 10 minutes Add thymes and oregano, stir well Serve hot with bread
