Ingredients
4 pieces Eggs
3/4 cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 quart Milk
1 pint Half and Half
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Lightly beat eggs in mixing bowl.
Mix in sugar and salt.
Mix in milk.
Mix in half and half.
Finally mix in vanilla extract.
Pour mixture into ice cream maker and freeze/process per manufacturer’s directions.
