Ingredients
4 cups Spring Mixed Lettuce w/arugla
1/2 cup Feta Crumbled
1/2 cup Golden Raisins
1/2 cup Walnuts toasted
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch pinch Salt
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon
1/2 teaspoon Garlic ground
1/2 splash Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Shallot minced
Preparation
Combine Sugar and Vinegar together until dissolved.
Add all other ingrediences until emulsified. Note dressing will last up to 2 weeks if kept in the frig.
Toss lettuces in large bowl until lightly coated.
