Ingredients

1 lb hamburger

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs or 1 cup breadcrumbs

1 small onion, minced

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

fresh ground pepper

1/4 cup minced fresh basil

Preparation

1 Mix all ingredients with hands. 2 Form into golfball sized meatballs. 3 Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
