Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/4 cup diced onion

2 cups water

2 chicken bouillion cubes

1 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 cup jasmine rice

Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in large sauce pan. Bring to boil. Then add rice. Simmer for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes is done, shut off heat and steam for 10 more minutes.
