Ingredients

1 tsp mustard seed

10 leaves curry powder

3 tsp cooking spray

3/4 cup brown rice, cooked

3 tbsp yogurt

3 dried red chili peppers

Preparation

  1. Heat and mix the spices and seeds in a pan with non-fat cooking spray.
  2. Mix the rice with yogurt in a bowl and add the heated spice mix.
  3. Stir and serve.
