Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Grated Romano Cheese
1 clove Garlic - minced
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 can Tomato Puree
1 can Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Oregano
3 tbsp Olive Oil plus more for frying meatballs
Preparation
Saute garlic in 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Mix 1 can of Tomato Paste, 1 can of Puree, 1 cup of Water, 2 tbsp Oregano, 1 tbsp Romano to sautéed Garlic.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove Garlic. Add Salt and Pepper to taste if necessary.
Mix Ground Beef with Bread Crumbs to desired consistency. Roll bite size meatballs. Fry until browned on all sides. Drain oil on paper towel. Add to sauce.
