Ingredients

4 t fresh ground black pepper

8 t dried parsley (optional)

6 t Italian seasoning/herb mix

6 t ground garlic powder

1/2 t red chile pepper flakes (may add more)

2 t ground anise (optional, can add all fennel)

4 t ground fennel seed

1 t paprika (can add all smoked or vice-versa)

1 t smoked paprika

10 t salt

Preparation

Mix all spices together. Use 1 T of spice mix per 1 lb of ground meat: pork, turkey, chicken.
