Ingredients
2 chicken breasts – cooked and chopped
4 slices bacon – diced
1 each onion – chopped
2 cans, small mushroom pieces
4 ounces Monterrey jack cheese – shredded
Red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
1 cup brown and wild rice
2 packets chicken bouillon
Preparation
Cook rice in bouillon water according to directions.
Saute bacon and onion until cooked. Mix cooked rice with chicken, bacon, onion, mushrooms and seasoning.
Layer half of mixture into baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM. Sprinkle with cheese. Repeat layer.
Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
