Ingredients
1 1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cup flour
2 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 quart Half and Half
2 cans minced clams
1 pkg frozen shrimp
1 pkg frozen crabmeat
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Preparation
- Dissolve bouillon in 2 cup water.
- Melt butter, add flour, whisk until smooth.
- Add bouillon broth whisking constantly (mixture will be very thick).
- Slowly add Half and Half whisking until thick enough to serve (juice from clams with thin it again).
- Add clams (with juice), shrimp, crabmeat
- You can add additional milk if necessary.
- Just before serving, add 1/2 cup white wine (or milk to make it less rich)
