Ingredients
1/2 cup Scallions, chopped
4 Jalapenos
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Juice of One Lime
2 teaspoon Allspice, freshly ground
2 tablespoon Garlic, freshly chopped
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Ginger, fresh
1/2 cup Dry White Wine
Preparation
Mix all in a blender until pureed.
Marinade meat overnight (pork or chicken).
Place in a covered backing dish and cook all day at 250.
