Ingredients

1- lg. can diced tomatoes

1-6oz. can tomato paste + 3 cans water

6 lg Garlic cloves minced

2 med onions diced

1 head Cabbage , chopped

6 med potatoes, washed , quartered and cut into 1 to 1 1/2 in pieces.

1 fresh cayenne hot red pepper diced or approx 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

3 TBS Olive Oil

Preparation

Sautee garlic, onions and red pepper in Olive Oil till soft. Add tomato paste w/ water Add chopped cabbage and diced tomatoes, mix and cover and cook approximately 30 min. or until cabbage is tender. Add diced potatoes cover and cook approx. another 30 min. or until potatoes are done. Add salt to taste.
