Ingredients
4 package Jimmy Dean or Jones farm sausage
10 stalks stalks celery
2 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups onions chopped
1 cup parsley chopped
1/2 cup Fresh sage chopped
12 eggs beaten
2 cups chicken stock
3 loaves french baguette, cut into cubes
Preparation
sautee onions, celery and carrots in oil or butter until softened. Add to bread.
Combine sausage, sauteed vegetables, parsley and sage in a large mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.Remember that the sausage is salty by itself.
Add stock and onions. combine
