Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup apricots or dried fruit
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup cranberries, dried
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup powder milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Syrup
2 eggs
3 pieces cocolate
1/4 cup Flax seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Preparation
Chop all ingredients and mix all together.
Cover 9x11 baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool and top with melted chocolate, pour in a little stream over the bars and refrigerate..
After the bars have cooled cut into 2" squares, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
