Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
4 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 1/2 tablespoon chili paste
5 Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Saki wine
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except ribs in a 1 gallon ziplock bag. add flank steak and seal bag, squeezing out excess air. Work sauce into ribs by kneading bag
Marinate for 8 hours. Remove from zip lock and grill for 6 minutes each side.
