Ingredients

2 bunches lancinata kale chopped up

1 bag shredded brussel sprouts

3 tablespoons sliced toasted almonds… to taste

1/4 cup shaved parmesan.. too taste but not too much

1/2 cup tahini… white refrigerated one

4 tablespoons white wine vinegar

4 teaspoons white miso

4 teaspoons maple syrup

1 pinch red pepper flakes

1/2-1 cup 1/2-1 cup water – add slowly to taste so dressing is smooth and creamy

Preparation

mix dressing into salad… careful not to use too much dressing or too much parmesan
