Ingredients
2 bunches chopped kale
olive oil
2 cucumbers
1/4 cup green olives
2 slices bread
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 cups water
pinch red chile flakes
pepper
grated parmesan
Preparation
Sauté chopped kale in olive oil over medium-high heat until soft; let cool. Combine with cucumbers; green olives; sliced bread; olive oil; red-wine vinegar; water; red-chile flakes; pepper. Serve smooth. Garnish: Grated Parmesan.
