Ingredients

3 8oz packages Cream Cheese

1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

Grated Lemon Peel of at least 1 lemon

1 cup Sugar

2 Tbs Flour

2 Eggs

1 Egg Yolk

1/4 cup Milk

Preparation

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Preheat oven to 450

Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add Lemon Juice and Rind. Mix sugar and flour gradually blend into cheese. Add Eggs and Yolk all at once. Beat until just blended. Gently stir in milk. Pour into graham cracker crust lined pan.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Lower to 300 and cook for 55 minutes more.

Serving Information: Makes 1 cheese cake in a regular spring form pan (cheesecake pan) or 2 8" purchased pice crust lined pans.
