Ingredients
1/8 C sesame seeds(toast in 1/4 oil)
1/4 C oil
1/3 C soy sauce
1/3 C white wine vinegar
2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
3C chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c sliced green onions
8 c torn spinach leaves
Preparation
cook pasta (I use wheat penne)drain,toss in cold water Combine cooled toasted sesame seeds with 1/4 oil,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,salt &pepper. Pour over cooked pasta.Add chicken,toss and chill for 6 hours To serve,add parsley,onion & spinach
