Ingredients
1 clove garlic
2 shallots
1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup Vodka
24 ounces 2 bottles of Tomato Basil Sauce
1/2 bottle Alfredo sauce
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 links Italian Sausage
1 pound Rigatoni Pasta
Preparation
Dice the garlic and shallots
Heat olive oil in pan
Add garlic, shallots, and red pepper flakes. Sauté at medium heat for six minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the Vodka. Reduce sauce so that the vodka is almost gone. 4 minutes
Add the tomato and Alfredo sauce. Medium heat, stir occasionally, 6 minutes.
Sauté sausage and add to the sauce. Serve over pasta with parm cheese.
