2 x Packs Sausage Meat
2 x finely sliced onions
1 small pack soft apricots
1 small pack walnuts
1 jar of dried sage
1 x orange
3 grated carrots
1 pack bacon lardons
Preparation
Sweat the onions till soft Add the zest and juice of the orange Mix all ingredients together Cook in a large flat pan, fluff with fork throughout
