Ingredients
4 dozen eggs
1 1/2 lbs sugar
one fifth bourbon
one tenth rum
one twentyth brandy
2 qt whipping cream
1 qt half and half
1 qt milk
Preparation
Beat egg whites, cream and egg yolks in separate bowls. Add sugar and liquor to the yolks. Then fold in the cream, and finally the whites.
