Ingredients
700 700 gms chicken curry (cut pieces)
2 2 cloves
1 1 inch cinnamon
1 1 bay leaf
2 2 black Cardamoms
1 1tbps Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
Preparation
Heat oil, add whole masala, let it crackle
Add Ginger garlic chilli paste and fry for 1 min
Add the onions and fry till they go translucent
Add the tomato and fry for 2 mins reduce the flame
Add chicken and fry for 1 min
Add the chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, cumin and garam masala
Mix well and add 1 cup water and cover and cook for 5 mins
Add salt and pepper
Add Potato and cook further for 10 mins
Add the coconut milk and coriander leaves
Cook on simmer for 5 mins
