Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds Mung Bean Sprouts
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
4 teaspoons Green Onion, Minced
1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, Ground
2 teaspoons Garlic, Crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Rinse soy bean sprouts. Boil covered in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and cool. While sprouts cool, wisk rest of ingredients together in a bowl. Toss sprouts with sauce and enjoy!
